Job Description

At HRO Inc, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Verizon Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective customers to deliver compelling product demonstrations and ensure a thorough understanding of our clients' offerings.
  • Provide expert answers to potential customers based on products and services.
  • Evaluate customers' compatibility with our products and services, gaining insights into their budgets, requirements, and challenges.
  • Follow-up with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.
  • Surpass sales quotas and objectives by fostering strong relationships with prospects and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain regular communication with both the Verizon Customer Service Associate team and Management to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to maximize outreach and lead generation efforts.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales development, sales representative, customer service, retail, or customer-facing role.
  • The ability to manage rejection and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies such as problem solving, negotiation, and overturning objections.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Build rapport and maintain genuine relationships with clients, customers, and fellow Verizon Customer Service Associates.
  • Ability to travel to the office daily.
  • Resilience to handle rejection and persevere in a positive direction.
