The HR Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the HR department's functions. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, performing administrative tasks, and assisting with recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the HR Manager
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration
- Maintain HR records and files, including electronic data management
- Conduct new-employee orientations and participate in recruitment events
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are essential
- Previous experience in HR and/or administrative support is required
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and manufacturing processes is an asset
Compensation: Competitive salary range ($55,000 - $65,000 per year) + benefits package
This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
