Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leveraging provided reports to boost internal sales
  • Maintaining relationships with an established clientele through regular communication
  • Managing order processing and preparing quotes
  • Collaborating closely with the Outside Sales team
  • Prior experience in scheduling and accounts payable/accounts receivable is advantageous
  • Experience in HVAC is a plus
