  • Attract Tenants: Promote available units through various advertising channels and leverage referrals from current residents.
  • Conduct Tours: Meet with prospective tenants and provide guided tours of available properties.
  • Customer Service: Address the needs and concerns of current and potential residents with professionalism.
  • Tenant Screening: Perform thorough tenant screenings and maintain accurate records of communications.
  • Lease Negotiation: Draft and negotiate lease agreements, including security deposits and pet policies.
  • Property Maintenance: Investigate and resolve tenant complaints while enforcing occupancy rules and policies.
  • Building Systems Management: Coordinate maintenance services and repairs to uphold property standards.
  • Emergency Response: Implement precautionary measures and respond to emergencies to secure the property.
  • Move-In/Out Inspections: Conduct inspections for tenants moving in and out of the property.
  • Damage Billing: Assess damages and bill tenants accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with real estate terminology and leasing practices.
  • Proficient in social media and traditional marketing strategies.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Bluebeam.
  • Availability for flexible hours and emergency calls.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and insurance.
