Winfield Property Management, LLC is seeking a skilled Groundskeeper to maintain the outdoor appearance and functionality of our property. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the grounds are well-maintained, safe, and visually appealing at all times.

• Maintain lawns, gardens, and other outdoor areas through regular mowing, trimming, and pruning.
• Clean and maintain gutters, condensers, and other exterior features.
• Report and address lease violations, assist with resident retention, and maintain curb appeal.
• Perform general cleaning and trash removal tasks.
• Remove pet waste and maintain pet waste stations.
• Operate snowblowers and snowplows to clear roads, driveways, and parking lots during winter months.
• Perform routine maintenance on power equipment and hand tools.
• Distribute resident communications and notify management of issues.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to operate and maintain power equipment, including lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, and leaf blowers.
• Knowledge of landscaping techniques and processes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions and lift up to pounds at a time.
