Front Desk Manager

As a Front Desk Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the front desk and ensure that all procedures are followed according to company standards. Your role will involve:

  • Conducting regular checks to ensure front desk staff are performing their duties effectively.
  • Recruiting, training, and motivating team members to uphold service excellence.

Additionally, you will handle cash transactions and maintain accountability for the front desk's financial operations. This role is crucial in directing and coordinating activities within the front desk, reservations, and guest services departments.
