W. O. Grubb is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive revenue growth across our company footprint. As Sales Leadership Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales staff, working closely with branch managers to recruit, train, and counsel employees.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for branches and salesmen. They will also coordinate efforts with marketing and national account manager to increase revenue, manage sales forecasting and marketing processes, and establish high levels of quality and accuracy.

A successful Sales Leadership Director will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams. They will also have a strong desire to own projects and exceed expectations, with the ability to find solutions and deliver results in a rapidly changing industry.

Key qualifications include proficiency in generating quotes, running reports, and using CRM software, as well as experience in sales development and training. The ideal candidate will also be organized, able to pass a drug test, background check, and fit for duty test.
