Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute community marketing plans to attract potential homeowners
  • Build strong relationships with customers and brokers through effective communication and follow-up
  • Sell homes by highlighting their unique features and benefits
  • Coordinate with construction managers to ensure timely completion of sales transactions
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance and customer feedback
