Job Overview

Bad Dog Games, LLC is seeking a skilled Software QA and Support Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing testing methods to support gaming and infrastructure software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure high-quality software applications
  • Track and validate defects, and collaborate with the development team to resolve issues
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and provide technical support
  • Utilize knowledge base to provide accurate information and troubleshooting steps
  • Document retailer contacts with call reason, issue, and notes

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience testing in the slot gaming market, with Eilers & Krejcik tracked company preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience in software QA or customer-facing technical support
  • Associate Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems preferred, but not required
  • Ability to write test queries and execute tests as required
  • Experience with Windows desktop applications, security, and databases
  • Knowledge of Unity game development is a plus
  • Experience with QA of casino games and slot machines is a plus
