Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Laborer to join our team at Consigli Construction Co., Inc.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in construction, with a strong focus on safety and productivity.

About the Role

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $30/hr+

  • Unload and load materials, read plans and specifications, tend machines, and assist carpenters, operating engineers, and other construction site workers.
  • Clean and prepare construction sites as needed, including assisting in erecting/dismantling scaffolding, removing and properly disposing of debris and waste materials.
  • Maintain a safe and clean job site by handling materials and storing them properly, picking up and removing all tools and equipment when not in use, and securing the job site on a daily basis.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ years of experience in construction.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • The ability to stand for long periods and lift minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
