Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Laborer to join our team at Consigli Construction Co., Inc.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $30/hr+

About the Role

This position involves:

  • Assisting carpenters, operating engineers, and other construction site workers with tasks such as unloading and loading materials, reading plans and specifications, and tending machines.
  • Cleaning and preparing construction sites as needed, including assisting in erecting/dismantling scaffolding, removing and properly disposing of debris and waste materials.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean job site by handling materials and storing them properly, picking up and removing all tools and equipment when not in use, and securing the job site on a daily basis.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ years of experience in construction.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • The ability to stand for long periods and lift minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
