About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapy Director to join our team at Concentra Medical Centers. As a key member of our patient care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Clinical Expertise: Provide clinical leadership and expertise to our therapy staff, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality care and that our clinical outcomes meet or exceed industry standards.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our therapy department, including supervising staff, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Patient Experience: Focus on delivering an exceptional patient experience, ensuring that our patients feel valued, respected, and empowered to take control of their health.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with our business development team to identify opportunities for growth and expansion, and develop strategies to drive business outcomes.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork among our therapy staff, ensuring that we are working together to achieve our goals and deliver exceptional patient care.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or advanced degree (Doctor of Physical Therapy) from an accredited college or university.
  • Licensure: Must meet licensure requirements of the jurisdiction.
  • Experience: Customarily at least two years of demonstrated clinical experience in an occupational healthcare setting.
  • Skills: Concentra Core Competencies of Service Mentality, Attention to Detail, Sense of Urgency, Initiative, and Flexibility; ability to make decisions or solve problems by using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives, and propose quality solutions; outstanding customer service skills and ability to deal with people in a manner that shows tact and professionalism.
