We are seeking a motivated self-starting Field Laborer to join our team. As a Field Laborer, you will work collaboratively with our precast installation crew to provide general labor tasks in an efficient and safe manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take direction from the installation crew Foreman and Field Superintendent.
  • Complete general construction labor tasks necessary to install precast members.
  • Operate equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Clean and prepare Footings for layout.
  • Learn how to grout and weld.
  • Handle rigging from the crane to hook to the precast members.
  • Follow company safety procedures and policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2+ Years of Construction or manual labor experience preferred.
  • OSHA 10 Hour certification (will be provided if necessary).
  • General math skills and ability to read tape measure and blueprint.
  • Ability to work from heights (ladders, flatbed trailers, aerial equipment) safely.
  • Ability to obtain membership to local laborers union.
  • Must be willing to travel and work in all types of weather conditions.
  • Ability to work with others and always maintain professional conduct.
  • Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
