The Position: Client Services Manager for the Premium Audit division.

This role operates in a hybrid model, allowing for remote work from any location within the mainland U.S., with occasional travel required for team and client interactions.

Compensation:

Annual salary range of $60,000 - $80,000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee assigned territory and auditors to meet regional performance objectives.
  • Ensure satisfactory customer service outcomes for designated clients.
  • Maintain year-to-date and annual performance metrics for the company.
  • Engage in the regional customer contact initiative.
  • Develop plans to identify and nurture potential leadership candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to manage time effectively and fulfill responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication with colleagues and clients.
  • Adept at utilizing available resources to successfully complete assigned projects.
  • Proficient in using technology to document and record audit findings.
  • Understanding of the organizational structure and significance of audit functions.
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and provide leadership to team members.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

Experience:

A minimum of three years of experience as a Premium Auditor, including at least one year in a mentoring capacity.

Preferred Certifications and Licenses:

Certification in the ISO PAAS TAP Certification program and progress towards completing the IIA APA program. EEO/Minorities/Females/Vets/Disabilities.
