Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Account Representative to join our Fleet Services Division team. This role involves providing exceptional customer support via email and phone to both existing and prospective clients. The representative will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the volume of fuel sold to customers while effectively cross-marketing and upselling our diverse range of Jubitz products.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required; two-year degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably with telephone service experience.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls with a friendly demeanor.
  • Proficient negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to interpret technical documents and regulations.
  • Competence in drafting reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals.
  • Ability to apply mathematical concepts to practical scenarios.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify problems and derive valid conclusions.
