The Arc Lexington is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Assistant Manager of Training and Operations Support. This position is responsible for providing continuous training and support to our Residential Coaches and Managers to ensure our new employees are successfully transitioning from classroom training to their permanent job location.
Key Responsibilities- Training and Development: Ensure coaching and new employee meetings are held at set intervals and the completion of in-house training packets are completed in a timely fashion.
- House Orientation: Assist in developing and implementing house orientation procedures at each of our residential sites to ensure new employees feel part of Lexington as of day one.
- Residence Visits: Visit residences as scheduled to ensure that Agency policy and procedures are being followed.
- Record Keeping: Maintain residence specific written records of visitations, observations, and concerns and effectively communicate these to upper management.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Skills: Experience working with Microsoft Office is required. Valid Driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience is required.
- Compensation: $22.00 an hour, plus weekend differentials.
- Training: Paid Training.
- Time Off: Generous Paid Time Off.
- Holidays: 10 Paid Holidays.
- Benefits Package: Low Cost Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, etc).
- Retirement: 401k Match.
