We are seeking a skilled and experienced Estimator to join our dynamic team in the restoration industry. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely estimates for construction projects, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals for clients using Xactimate software.
  • Work closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure that all project requirements are met.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project requirements and identify potential issues.
  • Review project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work and materials required.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain pricing and availability of materials and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of all estimates and project-related documentation.
  • Attend meetings with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial, restoration estimating.
  • Experience with Xactimate software.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
