Job Summary:

This role will lead the data analysis team to support wholesale distribution operations and drive business growth.

About the Job:

The Data Analyst Team Lead will be responsible for working with stakeholders to define and document business requirements, processes, and data needs. They will also analyze complex data sets from various business functions to deliver insights that drive business decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of data analysts to conduct data/process analysis, requirements gathering, design, implementation, and monitoring reporting
  • Analyze large and complex data sets from business functions to deliver analytical insights
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and actionable
  • Travel when required to fulfill assigned tasks

Requirements:

  • Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field
  • Preferred: Master's Degree in data science or information technology
  • Three to Eight (3-8) years' experience as a business process analyst/engineer, data analysis, or management consultant
  • Prior SQL development experience is preferred

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience establishing data quality control and implementing data standards, metadata management, data lifecycle management, or data architecture management
  • Minimum 3 years foodservice or related industry experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Salary:

$85,000 - $110,000 per year
