Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately take and process guest room reservation requests
  • Efficiently transfer calls to the appropriate departments or individuals

  • Stay knowledgeable about the hotel and surrounding areas to provide effective directions and recommendations

Requirements

  • Proven effectiveness in telephone interaction and customer service

  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English and basic math calculations
