Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child
- Observe, engage, and gather data to document progress

Desired Skills and Attributes:
- High energy, playful, creative, and adaptable
- Ability to frequently move up and down from the floor and respond quickly
- Proficient with technology; comfortable using data collection software and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Eagerness to learn, work autonomously, and deliver top-quality care
- Availability for afternoon shifts: 8a-1p, 9a-2p, or 8a-5p; some roles may include weekend options
- Active RBT certification through the BACB
