About The Role
This role as an IT Support Associate II is ideal for self-motivated individuals looking to take on new challenges and motivate teams in fostering solutions to hurdles faced by the company. Together, we take ownership for our work – whether supporting IT infrastructure, developing new technology in-house, launching a new Amazon Operations facility, or delighting our customers by delivering packages directly to them.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining and troubleshooting IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities
- Handling support requests and procedures across the network
- Assisting in training new hires
- Continuous learning of new technologies

Requirements
- Troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems
- Maintaining zebra thermal printers, troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals
- Corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience
- High school or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications
- Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service

The estimated salary for this position ranges between $85,000 - $120,000 per year, considering the job requirements and location.
