Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute large-scale paid search campaigns across multiple platforms, leveraging your expertise to drive client KPIs.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and objectives, and present campaign performance and strategic vision at regular meetings.
- Stay ahead of the curve by driving new ideas to improve campaign performance, including account structure, bid strategy, creative, ad copy, keyword expansion, audience management, and landing page optimization.
- Work closely with our reporting team to drive data-backed innovation and strategy.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to create unified, best-in-class, cross-channel campaigns.
- Maintain bulletproof organization of client spend, budgets, naming conventions, and account structure.
- Stay at the forefront of industry innovation and best practices, learn and grow your knowledge, and bring new findings and ideas to clients and internal teams.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of paid search advertising experience (agency experience a plus).
- Degree in business, math, marketing, engineering, science, or similar.
- Proven track record of success with search advertising campaigns.
- Mobile experience a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously to meet objectives/key deadlines.
- Experience with website and lead analytics (such as UTM tagging, Google Analytics).
- Ad platform certifications.
- Outstanding data handling and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-organized and flexible; able to move from project to project without delay.
