This role is pivotal in overseeing the planning and prioritization of maintenance tasks for all assets and systems within the newly established Terminal A. Reporting directly to the VP of Engineering and Facilities Management, this position is essential for ensuring efficient operations through advanced management systems.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a thorough understanding of Maximo Asset Management software to serve as the backbone for all asset management and maintenance operations.
- Act as a Business Analyst, enhancing applications utilized by the Facilities Management division.
- Administer and integrate various FM IT/Application Systems including SCADA, Lifnet, and BMS.
- Ensure proper usage of all FM applications according to their designated purposes.
- Plan, configure, customize, and maintain the Maximo system for desktop and mobile users.
- Maintain accurate asset information within the system, adhering to asset hierarchy standards.
- Implement predictive maintenance strategies using Maximo analytics and performance monitoring tools.
- Track performance management through service level agreements (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPI).
- Analyze and report on consolidated maintenance and asset management data, benchmarks, and trends.
- Manage workflow within Maximo and oversee inventory of spare parts.
- Collaborate with IT departments regarding Maximo ICT and other FM systems requirements.
- Define procedures for asset movement, addition, and disposal.
- Create dashboards for system performance and work order processes.
- Coordinate with relevant managers to ensure accurate maintenance schedules.
- Support and maintain Maximo EAM System reports, including ad-hoc reports for budgeting and accounting.
- Establish metrics for asset performance and maintain historical data for strategic maintenance tasks.
- Analyze equipment effectiveness and develop improvement plans.
- Train in-house and outsourced staff on Maximo and its mobile platform.
- Oversee the strategic roadmap for applications, including future upgrades.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of five years' experience with Maximo in relevant roles.
- Proficient in software databases and facilities maintenance software environments.
- Advanced skills in computer applications (Excel, Data Analysis, SQL); knowledge of PowerBI is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with senior management.
- Strong interpersonal skills in a multidisciplinary environment.
