Job Description
MUSC Health & Medical University of SC is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the Anesthesia Department. The successful candidate will provide administrative support in a variety of functions, including data collection, report preparation, and scheduling. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. About the Role
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $42,000 - $58,000 per year, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Anesthesia Department
- Collect, review, and analyze data for report preparation
- Prepare reports, charts, budgets, and other presentation materials
- Schedule meetings, travel, and other group activities

Requirements
- High School degree or equivalent required
- 1 year of work experience preferred
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
