Collaborate with Corporate Engineering/Product Development to arrange and oversee essential testing and development support.

Accountable for ensuring manufacturability and safe operation of equipment throughout all stages of production processes via the development, management, and execution of engineering projects.

Responsible for the design of process tooling, as well as the design and procurement of prototype manufacturing apparatus, tooling, and testing devices.
Initiate and carry out engineering projects aimed at enhancing manufacturing efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement in processes and materials to boost performance and minimize expenses.
Educate and oversee process technicians.
Prepare cost assessments for new production items.
Review and verify the accuracy of bills of materials and routing documentation.
Consult with suppliers regarding appropriate tooling and material choices.
Inform the Plant Manager of equipment requirements.
Independently strategize and outline methodologies for comprehensive project assignments and develop innovative solutions for product development challenges.
Compose project reports detailing findings, recommendations, and evaluations.
Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Science.
4-6 years of experience in Process Engineering.
2-3 years of experience in project management.
Familiarity with composite pipe and fitting manufacturing is preferred.
Exhibit a strong technical aptitude and the capability to comprehend engineering, design, and product performance issues.
Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills.
Experience in a manufacturing setting, ideally in process development engineering.
Willingness to travel as necessary.
