The Manager, EH&S Strategic Account Support plays a crucial role in overseeing processes and providing essential support for accounts that necessitate regular on-site assistance, particularly in sectors such as manufacturing, engineering, janitorial services, and landscaping. This position is focused on strategic accounts that involve high-risk work environments, complex tasks, and projects with elevated client expectations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating the initiation of new accounts
  • Conducting comprehensive Site Hazard Assessments
  • Reviewing, updating, and developing Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Assessments as needed
  • Addressing inquiries from customers and clients
  • Participating in scheduled business review meetings
  • Executing thorough investigations of incidents
  • Providing assistance to other EH&S field teams
  • Coordinating with directly hired EH&S personnel

Compensation: $90,000 - $109,000.

This salary range reflects the compensation for this role and may vary based on factors such as educational background, experience, skills, geographic location, and market data alignment. Eligibility for a company incentive or bonus program may apply.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Implementing and assessing safety initiatives to communicate and uphold company policies
  • Conducting risk assessments and job hazard analyses
  • Leading safety audits, inspections, training sessions, and meetings
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks
  • Enforcing policies and providing coaching
  • Conducting investigations of incidents and recommending corrective actions
  • Maintaining compliance with OSHA Recordkeeping requirements
  • Facilitating safe work practices and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Driving the evolution of the organization's safety culture
  • Staying informed on safety, health, and environmental regulations
  • Evaluating and reporting on operational compliance
  • Producing technical data reports

Required Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Safety Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health Technology, Industrial Hygiene, Business, or a related field

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Safety and Occupational Health
  • Working knowledge of Federal and State OSHA regulations
  • Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification:

  • Professional certifications (e.g., CSP/ASP/OHST/SMS)

Experience:

  • Experience in manufacturing or high-risk environments

Work Environment and Travel Requirements:

  • Hybrid work model
  • Frequent travel up to 50% to support field operations
