Customer Service Clerk Opportunity

MOLARI is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Clerk to support our Facilities team on a temporary basis. This 13-week position will involve answering phones, receiving and assigning work order requests for multiple buildings, and coordinating workload with department directors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Utilize computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office products to perform administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with facilities and department directors to maintain effective communication and workflow
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Business or secretarial training/experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and ability to use communications equipment
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
