Job Overview

Position Summary:

Aerotek is seeking skilled CNC Operators to join our team. We are looking for candidates who are ready to take on roles in a dynamic environment, contributing to the aerospace sector by supporting major turbine manufacturers and commercial aviation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and analyze technical blueprints and operational documentation.
  • Execute intricate setups, modifications, and operate both established and new product introduction (NPI) jobs, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.
  • Utilize precision measuring tools, including micrometers and calipers, to verify dimensions.
  • Engage in Lean manufacturing practices and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • In addition to lathe operations, candidates may be required to cross-train in other machining areas as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • CNC certification or substantial hands-on experience with CNC lathes, mills, or grinding machines (minimum of 2 years).
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to various machinery as required.
  • Strong reliability and punctuality are essential.
