KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify specific product needs and services through direct customer interaction
  • Provide accurate estimates for services prior to scheduling
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their service
  • Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams, both verbally and in writing
  • Demonstrate proficiency with computer systems and software
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures consistently

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least one year of relevant service experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with RV products or the camping lifestyle is a plus
  • Prior automotive experience is advantageous
  • Proficient in daily computer use and internet navigation
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills are essential
  • Ability to comply with departmental procedures and guidelines
  • A valid driver's license is required.
