KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify specific product needs and services through direct customer interaction
  • Provide accurate estimates for services prior to scheduling
  • Manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their service
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams through verbal and written means
  • Demonstrate proficiency in computer systems and software

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least one year of relevant service experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with RV products or camping lifestyle is advantageous
  • Prior automotive experience is a plus
  • Proficient in daily computer usage and internet navigation
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills are essential
  • Ability to comply with departmental procedures and guidelines
  • A valid driver's license is required.
