About You- Extensive experience in assessing and managing clients with complex needs.
- Demonstrated capacity to provide culturally responsive and inclusive services.
- Excellent client engagement and management skills, including motivational interviewing techniques.
- Strong case formulation and written communication skills.
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as social work, psychology, or welfare, or equivalent experience.
