Quién Eres


• Comunicativo: Tienes habilidades de comunicación excelentes. Crees en lograr la excelencia con comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo.


• Atento: Los detalles importan, incluyendo cómo manejar adecuadamente la comida y el equipo, la organización de la estación y la cocina, la limpieza y ser puntual y preparado al inicio de cada servicio.


• Actitud Positiva y Demeanor: Tienes la capacidad de permanecer calmado y animado en situaciones de alta presión y seguir instrucciones sobre las tareas diarias de un chef mientras mantienes una actitud positiva.

• Cocina: Junto con el resto del personal de cocina, preparas y cocinas nuestras muchas deliciosas comidas ofrecidas en nuestro restaurante.


• Trabaja con Seguridad Alimentaria: Mantienes tu área de trabajo limpia, mientras mantienes las mejores prácticas de seguridad alimentaria en todo lo que preparas.


• Tienes Pasión por la Cocina y la Comida: Estás emocionado de trabajar en cocinas y quieres aprender y crecer.

Lo que Necesitamos de Ti


• Una a dos años de experiencia en una cocina de Nueva York.


• Sentido de urgencia.


• Disponibilidad de tarde y fin de semana (disponibilidad general abierta).


• Capacidad para estar de pie durante al menos 8 horas y completar tareas que pueden requerir levantar hasta 50 libras.


• Pasión por las cocinas y deseo de aprender y crecer como cocinero profesional.


• Comprensión y adherencia a las políticas de seguridad alimentaria del Departamento de Salud de la Ciudad de Nueva York – un Certificado de Manipulador de Alimentos de la Ciudad de Nueva York es preferido.


• Proporciona al menos dos referencias profesionales.
