Job Brief
Support Dyno Nobel by performing facilities and administrative duties, including front office support in the Corporate Office.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet guests and visitors, providing assistance as needed.
• Answer incoming phone lines and provide directory assistance.
• Assist with company mailroom operations, including receiving, logging, sorting, distribution, and metering.
• Maintain supplies and tidiness of company kitchens and breakrooms.
• Issue visitor badges and guest wireless details.
• Arrange catering, taxi service, and floral arrangements.
• Assist with ordering, receiving, stocking, and dispersing office supplies.
• Generate service request tickets for building maintenance needs.
• Schedule visitor office space and company car assignments.
• Provide administrative support and project assistance for various departments.
• Support the Front Office/Facilities Administrator in shared accountabilities and time off.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent professional working experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a professional office environment with experience on a multi-line phone system.
• Cisco phone system or similar, computer literacy in Microsoft Office products, including 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, with ability to learn SAP/Epicor.
• Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player.
