We are currently seeking a highly skilled Project Manager for Quality Assurance Tools to join our Quality Mission Assurance Tools & Technology Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for project management of the Ignition Platform, including dashboards and metrics to the Raytheon Quality and Mission Assurance, Quality Mission Assurance (QMA) Organization.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, budgeting, and risk management. They will also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships.

**What You Will Do**

As a Project Manager for Quality Assurance Tools, you will lead Ignition development activities, partnering with various Operations Development Teams from requirements gathering to developing and delivering a solution. You will also assist with strategic planning, prioritizing, and budgeting of simultaneous projects with multiple customers and limited resources.

Additionally, you will provide required training to stakeholders along with any other help needed when Applications/Metrics are delivered. You will manage project scope (requirements and change requests) ensuring it meets agreed-to commitments.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
  • Extended working experience in Project Management.
  • Extended working experience with budgets and forecast planning.
  • Extended working experience using at minimum, one of the following Microsoft Office Applications (Power BI, SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate).

**Salary**

The salary range for this role is $96,000 - $200,000 USD. This estimate is based on the title, job description, and location.
