Project Manager for Quality and Mission Assurance

At RTX, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the Quality and Mission Assurance team. With a strong background in engineering and project management, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of the Ignition Platform, including dashboards and metrics. Your expertise in budget planning and risk management will ensure successful project execution.
">We offer a competitive salary range of $96,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you may also be eligible for annual short-term and long-term incentive compensation programs.

">As a Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer requirements. Your responsibilities will include:
">- ">
- Leading Ignition development activities, partnering with Operations Development Teams from requirements gathering to solution delivery">
- Assisting with strategic planning, prioritizing, and budgeting of simultaneous projects with multiple customers and limited resources">
- Providing required training to stakeholders and delivering Applications/Metrics">
- Managing project scope, ensuring it meets agreed-upon commitments">
- Identifying risks and opportunities and resolving them through proactive ownership">
- Preparing well-crafted presentations reporting project status to leadership teams and customers">
- Maintaining the quality and accuracy of data in applications, reports, and metrics">
- Engaging in special projects to support the Quality and Mission Assurance team">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">We are looking for candidates with:

- A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience">
- Extended working experience in Project Management, Budget Planning, and Risk Management">
- Experience with Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Power BI, SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate">
- U.S. citizenship is required">
