At Campanelli Co, we are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee our multifamily wood-frame construction projects. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of project management experience, with a focus on ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, budget, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of the construction process from start to finish
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, budget, and schedule
  • Review drawings and manage contracts
  • Obtain permits and track costs and schedules
  • Lead project meetings with all stakeholders connected to a project: owner, owner representatives, vendors, subcontractors, and others
  • Report to stakeholders on project progress
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols at the job site
  • Collaborate with the Director of Field Operations to supervise the activities of all trade contractors, ensuring their adherence to architectural and engineering specifications and regulations.
  • Oversee change orders and RFIs, prepare as needed
  • Estimate and budget for project expenses
  • Manage bid document scheduling and review, while also scoping trades and negotiating contracts to align with project needs
  • Manage project closeout procedures
  • Travel to job sites as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Procore, Timberline, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Office Project
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • 4-7 years of project management experience, particularly in multi-family wood-frame construction.
  • Construction Supervisor's License preferred
