Job Description

This position provides Project Management leadership and is responsible for end-to-end on-time delivery of projects and solutions, spanning design, engineering development, verification, system integration, release to manufacturing teams and functions and into installation and deployment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and drive actions post initiation on solutions from design / requirement analysis through delivery, picking up ownership after initial discussion and scoping.
  • Support cross functional teams and work with engineering team to define clear solutions and development of solutions, working across product groups and geographies.
  • Define clear product and solutions specifications and drive gap analysis / estimating of work content.
  • Provide hands on project management.
  • Actively manage project plans and deliverables as well as the 9 knowledge areas of Project Management (PMI).
  • Prepare communication plans and related project status reports and presentations.
  • Effectively apply internal development process known as Agile Project management (APM) and enforce defined project standards.
  • Develop Functional Specifications and Change Notices.
  • Day to Day management of program team personnel and communication with key stakeholders.
  • Primary technical contact for project related issues.
  • Oversee the entire project life-cycle and manage cross-functional team from project initiation to production implementation.
  • Provide value added services through a consultative, value-added approach.
  • Develop and manage program schedule ensuring on time delivery of agreed to milestones and deliverables.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, or equivalent experience managing technical projects.
  • 5+ years experience managing technical projects.
  • Experience in product development with extensive cross functional exposure preferred.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Distributed & multi-cultural team management experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
