About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Supply Chain Transformation Portfolio Manager to join our team at Lululemon Athletica. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing communication and providing program management of our labor strategy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage communication and oversee processes related to transformative efforts to mature agile practices in collaboration with portfolio leaders.
  • Document and maintain portfolio artifacts and templates, encouraging the development and use of a knowledge library.
  • Collaborate with portfolio leaders to establish and implement the processes and governance needed to achieve and sustain operational excellence in portfolio management.
  • Partner with the Enterprise Portfolio Management team to contribute and deliver portfolio activities and optimizations.
  • Own transformation backlogs, analyze information to make informed recommendations, and lead value-driven improvements to enable teams.
  • Support peers with actions around portfolio and operations transformation, including delivery frameworks and tools, process improvement.
  • Lead employee development and community of practice involvement for key roles in the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience working in Information Technology program/portfolio management, with 5 years of post-baccalaureate progressive experience.
  • 5 years of experience in each of the following: building agile practices, building JQL reporting and implementing agile practices across a dispersed workforce of 200+ team members.
  • 3 years of experience supporting the implementation of the Service Now Portfolio Management (SPM) module in a large, matrixed organization.
  • 3 years of experience in all of the following: global supply chain technology, driving strategic global labor strategy transformative efforts for a retail enterprise, portfolio transformation management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Agile Certification, including either SAFe POPM or PSM I.
  • Domestic and travel to Canada up to 25% of the time.

Workplace Arrangement

This role is classified as In-Person under our SSC Workplace Policy. In-person collaboration and/or office-based work is necessary or important for the role.

Compensation and Benefits

Lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $174,250.00 to $194,250.00 annually, and the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.

As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
