Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Corporate Threat Solutions LLC in Chantilly, Virginia. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide exceptional customer service, maintain accurate records, and support our Human Resources and proposal preparation efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors and guests, and provide a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date files and records.
  • Assist with Human Resources tasks, including employee onboarding and benefits administration.
  • Prepare and submit electronic invoices and payroll.
  • Conduct internet research and provide data to support proposal preparation.
  • Attend pre-bid proposal meetings and provide administrative support as needed.
