Key Responsibilities:

As a Registered Nurse Unit Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the nursing personnel within a specific unit. Your leadership is vital in guaranteeing the provision of high-quality care, nurturing a supportive work atmosphere, and ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents.

* Full-time RN Unit Manager required for our Rehabilitation Unit.

  • Direct and oversee a team of nursing professionals and support staff within the unit.
  • Design and execute individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of residents.
  • Manage daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource management.
  • Conduct regular evaluations to uphold quality standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and training to nursing staff.
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident well-being.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Unit Manager role, candidates should possess:

  • A valid nursing license in the state.
  • An advanced degree or relevant certification is preferred.
  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity within a Long-Term Care environment is preferred.
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, with a focus on the needs of the elderly and chronically ill.
  • Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
