Your Qualifications:
Essential qualifications for a Unit Supervisor include:
- Valid nursing license in the state.
- Preferred advanced degree or certification.
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity in a Long-Term Care environment is preferred.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, with an interest in the needs of the elderly and chronically ill.
- Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making capabilities.
