As a Registered Nurse Unit Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the nursing personnel within a designated unit. Your leadership is crucial in delivering high-quality care, nurturing a supportive work atmosphere, and ensuring the health and comfort of our residents.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the Unit Manager position, candidates should possess:
- A valid state nursing license.
- Preferred advanced degree or certification.
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity within a Long-Term Care environment is preferred.
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, with an interest in the needs of the elderly and chronically ill.
- Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
