Your Responsibilities:

As a Registered Nurse Unit Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the nursing personnel within a designated unit. Your leadership is crucial in delivering high-quality care, nurturing a supportive work atmosphere, and ensuring the health and comfort of our residents.

* Full-time RN Unit Manager required for our Rehabilitation Unit.

Key Duties:

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Unit Manager position, candidates should possess:

  • A valid state nursing license.
  • Preferred advanced degree or certification.
  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity within a Long-Term Care environment is preferred.
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, with an interest in the needs of the elderly and chronically ill.
  • Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
