Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Boon Edam. As a key member of our sales support team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process all incoming purchase orders for parts, ensuring accurate and timely entry into our CRM tool.
  • Provide documentation on product specifications and features to customers.
  • Follow our internal parts order process, including creating order tickets, tracking orders, and communicating with customers on order status.
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding pricing, parts identification, and availability via email and phone.
  • Monitor stock levels, place internal and external part orders for restocking, and process purchase orders.
  • Create and issue Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs).
  • Exhibit a professional and courteous attitude towards work, colleagues, and customers, promoting the image and profitability of Boon Edam.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience.
  • Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus.
  • Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.
  • Strong multi-tasking and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of general office machines and telephone systems.
  • Customer service orientation.
