Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Centralized Sterilization Specialist to join our team at MultiCare Health System. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of sterilization and infection control in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and sterilize medical instruments and equipment to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date with the latest sterilization techniques and technologies.
Requirements
  • High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • Completion of Central Service Technician course of study or completion of healthcare organization training program.
  • Central Service Certification or commitment to obtain within one year of hire, as required by location.
  • Minimum one (1) year of related experience preferred.
