We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fabric Coordinator to join our team at James Perse Los Angeles. As a Fabric Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our fabrics meets our high standards from product initiation through production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Design, Product Development, and Production teams to ensure fabric quality and availability.
  • Communicate with mills to request fabric samples, review potential risks, and place bulk fabric purchases.
  • Maintain sample yardage inventory and order sample yardage as needed.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of fabric.
  • Monitor fabric production and follow through until bulk fabric has been shipped to the vendor.
  • Send and track fabric testing as required.
  • Coordinate fabric inspection for European fabrics.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
