Job Summary:


We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team. As a Support Professional, you will work directly with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, providing support and assistance with daily living tasks, as well as promoting independence and self-expression.


Responsibilities:



  • Provide direct support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential, group home, and day program settings.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Encourage and support individuals in achieving their goals and living fulfilling lives.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.

Requirements:



  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
