About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Family Time Specialist at the Family Access Center. In this critical role, you will work with families to promote positive relationships between parents and children.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing parenting/family time plans in collaboration with social workers, families, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensuring children's safety during interactions with parents and family members in various settings.
  • Providing coaching and guidance to those involved.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field.
  • Two years of experience working with families and children.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Base salary: $60,000 per annum.
  • Health insurance, company-paid life and disability insurance, 5% match on retirement plan contributions, continuing education/professional development opportunities, Public Service Loan Forgiveness eligibility, EAP resources, flexible scheduling, 4 1/2 weeks of PTO accrual, and 11 1/2 paid holidays per year.
