Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our Musculoskeletal team at Lifespan. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our MSK physicians and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with direct patient care procedures, including lab tracking, data entry, and document management.
  • Perform routine specialized procedures related to MSK services.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
  • Work quality reports to identify areas for improvement and maintain consistent quality scores.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
  • Comply with OSHA, DOH, and HIPAA standards to maintain patient confidentiality and safety.
  • Provide superior customer service and outstanding patient care.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
