Medicare Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Medicare Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with community partners, driving self-generated sales, and meeting sales goals and metrics while working independently.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain relationships with community partners to promote Humana's Medicare products and services.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to Humana's customers, external business partners, and the community we serve.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer engagement.
- Active Health Insurance License.
- Ability to establish relationships with community partners.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to successfully navigate mobile applications.
- High level of self-motivation and ability to accomplish goals independently.
- Valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits.
- Must reside within the assigned territory or have plans to relocate at your own expense.
- Active Life Insurance license.
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree.
- Bilingual with the ability to speak, read, and write in both languages without limitations or assistance.
- Sales experience in a managed healthcare setting.
