We are currently seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist who will be integral in managing the lifecycle of loans from initiation to closure. The responsibilities include:
- Processing finalized mortgage or consumer loans, ensuring all disbursements and necessary setups are accurately completed.
- Reconciling general ledger accounts as required.
- Managing weekly and monthly vendor payments.
- Preparing and submitting monthly and quarterly reports as mandated.
- Establishing, maintaining, and servicing all insurance related to mortgage and consumer loans.
- Completing all necessary procedures for paid-off loan documentation.
- Carrying out additional related tasks as assigned.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
At least six months of general office experience, along with a foundational understanding of accounting principles and terminology, is preferred to ensure proficiency in account reconciliation.
